Wild Rhino

I was pushed into buying the wrong sized shoes, and after taking 10 steps outside the store I asked to exchange the shoes to a different size and pay the difference for a more expensive model. Rather than being sympathetic the sales assistant was flat out rude and disrespectful, saying I couldn’t swap the shoes because I didn’t take the “box” when leaving 30 seconds prior. She also said the shoes were dirty on the bottom when that was how I received them and the other pairs in the store were so much worse.nnI will never be shopping here again nor with wild rhino in general. Despite purchasing numerous shoes from them before they treated me with complete disrespect. Anyone thinking about buying here should STAY AWAY and BEWARE.

I visited most of the shoe outlets at Harbourtown. This store certainly isn't the largest you'll find. But they really do have quite a large range. And not being an extravagant spender, I found the prices to be quite reasonable. Living on the Gold Coast, Harbourtown is always my first option for clothing of any type.

So , I can't be sure if other reviewers haven't had their reviews processed, but I did notice a lack of recent reviews, considering the store has been around for quite some time.

During purchasing via credit card on their site, the Chrome browser I was using flagged a security issue saying that their site was insecure and the transaction information was at risk (I attempted to cancel the transaction, but the payment somehow still went through and the money was removed from my account with a transaction receipt sent to my email). However, 8 days later, I have still not received any confirmation on the order/shipping date. I tried to contact them using the email stated on the FAQ page on their website, however, the email address they provided did not exist - I had to contact them via facebook messenger to get the correctly contact details. So far, I have sent 4 emails asking them to respond regarding the status of my order, the security issue, and to remove my credit card details from their servers. I received an email 5 days ago that they will look into the purchase issue, but they ignored my other concerns. I have not heard any word from them since (note that they do not provide any indiction of their opening/holiday hours for support, nor do they acknowledge/forward a copy of your support request to your email to confirm that they received the request (I would not have known that their email address does not exist until google mail sent a mail deliver failure error). I do not recommend dealing with this company - very poor customer service and no concern for security.
