Staff is sooo nice. I would like to come back
I had an excellent experience at Timberland Harbour Town on Sunday. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, but the beautiful staff member, Hannah (sorry if I got that wrong) was a wealth of help through the entire transaction. I felt like so much more than just a customer.

We visited Timberland in Feb this year and knew what we wanted but weren't sure about sizing or style. Alana was incredibly helpful, probably the most helpful shop assistant I've ever dealt with my entire life. Thank you Alana for your patience and help. If you're her manager and reading this, give her a pay rise! I've recommended everybody I know who wants a pair to go specifically to this store.
