I was not given the dust bag for my purchase and I did not realize it when I was in the shop. I called the shop after I came home. The shop assistant said some bags do not go with dust bags, which is a bit surprising. This is what my aunt wants. For myself, I would not purchase this brand.

Wow amazing staff, so friendly, knowledgeable and go beyond the call of duty. Love the quality of Michael Kors bags, shoes and wallets. So helpful and polite. The staff are all beautiful inside and out and the shop is immaculate. Great shopping experience. Obvious to me the great manager on duty has a great rapore with customers and staff alike. Refreshing shopping experience. What a pleasure!!

First step inside was greeted with a smiley hello from staff who was busy serving another customer. Immaculate presented store displaying quality products. Although this purse as a gift was not in the colour I wanted on this particular day, was no problem at all to wait for the right one to come in, which turned out to be the next day. Soon I received a call, hey your purse at a reduced price has arrived.nGreat work TEAM @ MK thanks

Great experience in store today. Felt welcomed and the overall look was beautiful. Even though I didn’t purchase, there was no dismay from staff. Will definitely revisit!

Have been a customer year for a while now. The store is always clean and the staff are always helpful. I had an issue with a strap of my bag and the manager did everything to get me a replacement. Staff always are happy and a pleasure to see.
