Had such a great experience here! The staff are awesome and you can see they are absolutely under the pump but they still make such an effort with their customer service. Teresa, the lady who served me was so nice and helpful. Thank you!

My mother and I entered the shore part of the store and were greeted with surly faces looking us up and down by the two female employees at the register. I’m certainly positive that my mother present ourselves according to public standard so at that point I was quite baffled as to their reactions. Anyway, I spotted this fabulous sneaker. If the two employees had been paying attention instead of chatting to each other as they were, they would’ve noticed my immense interest and excitement in these fabulous shoes. I was getting so excited at the prospect of finding my size, trying them on and hopefully purchased them, but then I remembered the poor service (or lack thereof) and it dissuaded me greatly. So, my mother and I popped around to the clothing section where the young female employee was lovely and greeted us! We went back a few minutes later to the shoe part to see if the females would decide to acknowledge us or even ask if we needed help. Still nothing. Seriously? I was so ready to buy these beautiful shoes. You can not afford to have your employees treating customers like this, especially during such a precarious and uncertain time in consumer spending! Get your act together. I ended up finding them at HYPE, and despite being $20 more there, the service was inexplicably 5 stars! I did not mind paying the money if it meant helpful and sincere service. Take note, Lacoste shoe staff at Harbourtown.
