Found a shoe I liked, asked the girl if she had my size, said she would check and then a minute later she’s helping other people? I then asked another staff member, he went to find it and he too ended up helping other people. When I asked him if he had any luck, he said they had a stock discrepancy and the pair had most likely been stolen. These guys suck.

DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE, THE QUALITY OF THEIR SHOES OR THEIR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY. I was given a pair of shoes by my wife and wore them three times. My wife was told by a person in store that these could be exchanged (OR REFUNDED without hastle. Ended up with bad pains in my feet. I took them back within the 30 days and was told I could not exchange them. I then explained that the stitching had started to fall apart on the sides as well. Again, nothing they could do. Go to Vans across the other side and get some proper service.

My daughter(aged 28) was holding a shoe she liked,the woman in the glasses who worked there,came up ,took the shoe straight out of my daughters hand & said “ that’s the one I was looking for” NO APOLOGY at all.She was so rude,we were stunned,won’t shop there again.I would complain to the manager about her,but I think she is the manager,so what’s the point.
