Went in at 5:55 not realising they were about to close and staff were so nice and helpful I think the girls name was flower did not at all make me feel bad for staying past closing and was so nice working in retail I know how frustrating that can be but she did not seem bothered by it at all

Bought a pair of sandles for the wife 5 months ago that have now fallen apart. No help from the store or windsor smith at all. Apparently you need to keep your reciept for everything you buy including shoes in case the product falls apart. Customer service is a joke and won't buy anything from windsor smith again.

The young lady handled me like a charm. I was indecisive yet she got out boots, shoes, slip ons & i walked out happy as. a few weeks of owning the shoes and I am happy to post that the shoes & the sales assistant are both 5 stars
