The staff really went the extra mile to make my partners experience picking his wedding suit very simple and special. We really appreciated their expertise. I Love Politix and have been a loyal client in Australia and NZ for years. But visited this branch twice, a week apart recently end of May 2021. Both times the staff ( different people each time) were indifferent and uninterested. Not helpful at all. Plus I had some issues over sales prices that seemed to keep being changed on me. Not my usual Politix experience. Do better people. Because your other branches are doing Sooooo much better.
Found my next suit with the amazing help or Marjan, he knows his stuff, went out of his way to sort out a suit I was after that wasn't in stock in this particular store. Got it nice and early for my event in a few days, love your work. Ordered the suit online, it came crease free and ready to wear. Happy customer :)
