Loved this concept to be more sustainable. Ordered flat sandals. They arrived and were great for first few wears. Less than a year in and about 5 wears and the backs have completely come away, no longer wearable. Left with perfectly good straps that can't be used. No longer seen to be around to provide feedback either. Disappointing.nn**Edit to add: thanks for replying. Sadly they didn't break til after I realised the company was no longer operating. Do you still have a stash of shoes that could be accessed so I can buy another pair to use with all the straps I have? Thanks

THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT TRADING - Took my online order, and no communication since. Tried to contact them via the phone number and email address on their webpage - both are disconnected. Web site still happy to take my money though.

Great service, easy ordering, fast delivery and when I had a query about something they were very quick to respond and offer advice and help. The shoes are good quality and the colours are vibrant and lovely. It is such a great idea especially for travel just to take the one pair of shoes and some extra straps to match whatever outfit I plan on wearing away. I highly recommend and support this local Australian company.

Ordered shoes, received 2 right feet! Tried to contact Conf3ss without any luck so far....nPoor customer service!nWas going to order 2nd pair and straps, but now I think ‘better not’

Purchased online: LOVE this concept of interchangable straps! its GENIUS! After realising how comfortable the HIGH WEDGE and FLATS are, I purchased them in both colours and wear them with everything. They also throw in 2 free straps with EACH pair of shoes AND gel inserts! I wear the HIGH WEDGES everyday for work because they are SOOOO comfortable! LOVE
