Last week my grandmother and I went into sketchers and was served by a lady named Rachel. We were both amazed with her customer service, how caring she was and how easy she made the exchange of shoes. By far, the greatest customer service experience I have ever seen. 10/10 and would definitely shop there again.
We went into the Pacific Fair Store today & received the absolute best Customer Service from Rachel that we have had anywhere in the world. Super friendly, very helpful & very knowledgeable. We ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes & with service like that we will become regular customers.
Maddy and Jess were soo incredibly helpful! Unfortunately the shoes I wanted weren't in stock but otherwise would have definitely happily bought from them. Well done girls! ud83dudc96
