Very bad customer service, I’ve been trying to return my order for two weeks and still no reply from them even now.nI’ve been a long time customer but now I’ll go else where.nI work in retail and I’ve never had such bad service before.nnIf someone could help me with my order that would be great!!!
Staff are mammonish. They do not respect you if you do not look rich with luxury dress. Staff lack of passion and politeness.
I paid over $1K for my shoes two months ago, still no shoes delivered till now. Our lawyers are on to them and filing a case against them. This will cost them more then $1K That I can guarantee them.
I have bought a lot of sneakers over my time and I’ve never received such horrible service and the customer service team awful
Ignore the negative reviews please! all of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their products, the best high end sneaker/designer store on the coast for sure. Thanks! gonna grab the CP's next for sure.
