The sort of service you don't always expect when shopping on a Sunday. Carol did a brilliant job of helping me find shoes to meet my needs. She gave recommendations and gave me good reason to buy the same shoes in a leopard print. I wasn't intending too but I love them and her recommendations.

Visited Jo Mercer on New Years Day and this shop in Pacific Fair is now my go to shoe store! Absolutely beautiful, quality shoes that not only look great but are wonderfully comfortable.nTo top it off the staff are wonderful, incredibly helpful and patient without being pushy.nDefinitely going back!
Have had previous experience with Jo Mercer at Pacific Fair and been very pleased with both service and staff but particularly with quality of shoes and bags.nAs I usually have to use orthotics and have a narrow foot I can usually find some smart flat shoes and sandals with a soft leather padded lining that are comfortable particularly when an additional gel insert is added for my particular needs. In my experience Jo Mercer is quite unique in what is offered in this respect. Not only this have just bought a beautiful leather shoulder handbag from them which is very light to carry whilst being roomy and comfortable so all in all I am one happy customer.
the staff are great, knowlegeable and patient..nThey didn't pressure me at all when choosing and fitting pairs of shoes even when i went in to the store 10min before closing time..nInstead they assisted me and shared their views even when it was passed their working hours..
