Amazing service from Noreen who helped us find the perfect mattress and frame. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Wow, what a store and great customer service. We initially spoke to Mel, then Noreen. We had a issue with a mattress we purchased a few years ago. When ringing the store to report the issue the attitude of Mel was fantastic. ' please come in with a few pictures of the problem mattress' we did the following day and spoke to Noreen. The matter was resolved. We received a credit there and then. No mucking around, delaying, delegating to the Manager or the usual deflection strategies. Within an hour we left the store with our new beds. This store (Noreen) are benchmarks in customer service. 10/10 OMF Bundall.

Mel was wonderful today in helping us select a new mattress. Despite having very different sleeping styles, she found my partner and I a great mattress at an incredible price. Would certainly recommend!
