Forty Winks Bundall

I recently went shopping for a bed, and from the onset of entering Forty Winks, Bundall, I was warmly greeted by a lady named Meg. Meg was not a pushy salesperson, and listened to what my bedding requirements were, explaining all aspects of purchasing a bed to me. Meg asked me if I wished to lie on the Forty Winks bed analysis machine, which helps to determine which beds are suitable to certain body shapes and sizes. I had not seen one of these before, and after laying on the bed for a short duration, the computer determines and suggests the most suitable types of bed for the customer. Meg then showed me several beds which would suit my requirements, and she proceeded to explain what materials the bed comprised of, and what I would be getting for my dollar. I found Meg to be straightforward, honest and knowledgeable. She treated me with the utmost of respect and not just “another customer”. Meg took the time to answer all my questions, without any pressure to buy, and without any sales pitch. Meg advised me to take as long as I required lying on the beds, reiterating the importance of choosing the right bed. I really appreciated Meg’s expertise and her approach to customer service. She was honest and did not try to steer me to the most expensive beds, and her main concern was that I was happy with whatever bed I purchased, and more importantly that the bed of my choosing was comfortable. It was a refreshing experience to have Meg assist me. If you are shopping for a new bed and would like to deal with someone who genuinely cares about your comfort and well-being, I would recommend you ask for Meg at Forty Winks in Bundall, as she will go beyond “the extra mile” to provide you with all the information you require for your purchase. Not recommended due to quite confronting and personally inappropriate remarks from the manager. Being in the sales industry myself I was quite shocked at the low level of simple customer service and the want to help a customer.

Absolutely amazing experience , The staff and owner here provide service like no other. It has was has been a real pleasure to deal with these guys right through to the delivery. I had a great experience in buying my mattress. Meg, who attended me, was really sweet, helpful and patient when explaining all the details of different products.
