The staff were uninterested and rude. We came on a weekend at 4PM and they were acting as though we were a bother. We had a whole household of items we wanted to change and they did not know we could've earned the business thousands of dollars. But will never set foot in this store ever again because the ladies were rude. You're lucky to still have a job in these difficult pandemic times, so act like you're grateful for your jobs!

The store is a nice store and you can find some nice pieces for the home at times, but customer service is poornIf items that are purchased on at normal price it should not be part of the sale rules and you should be able to get a refund especially if it is a substantial amount money not be told you have 3 years you can find something especiallyif you tried to cancel under 24hrs of purchase. if the store says RICE PRICE is considered store wide sales then you will never get a refund because that is the norm rice when you purchase. that is really disappointing i definitely would think twice before i just make a purchase.

Buyer beware! I bought a dining table from Rice Furniture Bundall in Sep 2020 and was told it would arrive in approx 6 weeks. I added the matching entertainment unit to my order a few weeks later. The order was delayed and delayed for numerous reasons, port strikes, boat still making its way around Australia, Covid. 4 months later, the boat arrives and it takes another 2 weeks to organise delivery. The day before delivery I get a call, they've 'smashed' my dining table in the warehouse, I would have to wait another 4 months for the next one. I request a refund, they refuse. I end up having to go through Office of Fair trading in order for the a refund to be offered.nnFinally a refund is offered, but not for both items,  just the item they damaged. The owner could have cared less that I was now stuck with the matching entertainment unit I would now need to find a matching table for elsewhere. This owner will not part with your money once you give it to him regardless of whether it's fair or not. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere,  there is zero customer service here when things go wrong.
