Great service! Went in there this afternoon to check out some new Hoka one ones and the guy was super helpful and had a lot of knowledge on what I was after and what other alternatives I might be interested in. After taking me through a bunch of models he was happy to order some in that had sold out for me to try out. It’s great going into a store and the staff know their stuff.

Had a great experience at the Pacific fair store.nThe woman serving my partner and I (I think her name was Megan) had a lot of knowledge about the products and was incredibly helpful.nWe will do all of our future purchases at this store with the lady who assisted us.

I had the best experience at the Pacific Fair store. Meghan looked after me and knew exactly what l needed. After the scan and walking test she brought out 3 different brands of shoes based on what my foot requirements needed and nailed it in the first pair.nnHer knowledge and customer service was exceptional. They offer a 30 day fit replacement, l did have to go back and go down a size in the shoes and it was done as quick as a flash. I would totally recommend this store and if you are luck to get Mehgan then you won't go wrong.
