Product started falling apart after only 1 year the warranty was 5 years it's not what you expect when you buy a $8,000 leather reclinernLazy boy replaced some faulty areas and reprayed the headrest. the headrest has a whole in it they say we didn't clean it and do regular maintenance. Hhowever we purchased the leather care products from their store and followed the instructions . If you think this is acceptable wear and tear in a quality leather lounge then this is the place to shop if you think it's unacceptable like I do go elsewhere where you can get quality products that lastnWe have been speaking with lazy boy head office Glen Stevens and he isn't helpful either as he says the chair is now out of a 3 warranty even though the problem was reported and temperarary fix was done that didn't last . See all the lovely pics. Most of the lounge still looks like new just one spot that has the defect funny how we missed cleaning just one spotnI will take Mr Steven advice and go to consumer protection as that's how they give their customer service .
