Dealt with Michael in 2016. We were horrified by his unprofessional actions and responses. Sorry to hear he had a stroke. It is sad to think the quality and service could have deteriorated more. I hope his staff have been able to support him.

We had a beautiful bespoke piece of furniture made for our glass dining room table. Mike and his partner we’re lovely. All the ignorant people commenting on Michael should be aware that he suffered a stroke some time ago and struggles to communicate. You should be ashamed of yourselves as if you’d taken the time to speak to him you would have got to know that they are a lovely couple and have great staff.

Michael, the original owner, suffered a stroke a few years ago. He still suffers from aphasia occasionally. This means he finds it a little hard to communicate - especially over the phone. To the people posting the bad reviews - please consider this!

Am surprised to see the bad reviews as these guys were lovely when I dealt with them yesterday. Wasn't a big purchase, just some saw dust for the horse stables but they were friendly and helpful. Product has just arrived and am very happy with it . Will buy from them again

My wife and I have nothing but great things to say about Michael and his partner. We came looking for a unique piece for a dining table and he was very helpful and found the perfect piece for us which he turned into a beautiful natural edge dining table.nnThis man knows his craft very well and is extremely passionate about his work.nnYou all should completely ignore the negative reviews, as Michael is a salt of the earth kind of person who is a master timber craftsman.nnPs....the friendly dog is about 6inches tall with all bark and no bite. ud83dude02ud83dude02
