I was in this store for the first time today (late Saturday afternoon). I was shopping for my teen daughter. We were trying to pick out an anime t shirt and not having luck finding her size. A young man who worked there (he mentioned he is Japanese and has travelled to Canada - where we are from) offered to help. He went out of his way to find her different shirts, made suggestions and helped find her size. He was friendly, and we didn’t have to ask for help - he just offered it. I very rarely write reviews but I wanted management to know that we left thinking, wow - excellent customer service! Thanks, we will be back ud83dudc4d
Man this shop is a thousand times better than any other. . I have never experienced anything like it. . This shops is nek level!! Absolutely appalled with the level of customer service. Walked in fully ready to spend money for my partners birthday and not one person even acknowledged our presents. We walked past at least 5 employees and not one said hello or offered their help. We had one staff look at us and then approach someone who was holding a shirt. I will be going to the culture kings in Brisbane, no way would I spend money at a store when the customer service was so rude!!! I have never experienced feeling so unwelcome in my life especially as the store was not busy! Disgraceful.
Very groovy
Had a chain my son bought which broke both times , the store manager Karla service was super exceptional , no worries about a full refund and took her time on both times to accomadate to see if we could find anything else ,great service with a smile , awesome store ,awesome staff .
