Just wanted to say thank you to the manager and the staff at the Pacific Fair store.nI purchased a pair of shoes,nHad to come in and chase correct sizing.nWhen I walked in, the store was very busy, and there was also a small issue contacting another store to attempt to get me my correct size.nRegardless of these variables each of the staff were equally happy to help me.nnCouple of days later and they arrvived.nnManager and staff all very friendly and happy to bend over backwards.nnNo brainer where I will purchase again,nThank you team.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. 1- sold me a faulty pair of sneakers. 2- over charged me. 3- spoke badly about me at the counter with other staff members when I was walking past.nTwo young girls have 0 customer service skills and were completely rude and unhelpful towards my purchase. Will never shop here again.

Walked into a completely empty store and wasnt even greeted and walked around for a few minutes and watch the employees do nothing to assist me ... i was keen on buying shoes too but was turned off by service... seems to b a trend at hype stores to hire employees like this... if platypus had your range theyd eat you up

Great service. Phone call was answered on the second ring. I was enquiring about 2 styles of shoes and it was answered very quickly and professionally. When I arrived at the store the same level of customer service was offered. The sales assistant offered her advice on which style suited better even offered a different style to try. Was not pushy with the add on sale. Will be differently going back to the store for my next shoe purchase.
