rubbish customer service of Bally service centre!!!. the worst service i ever met.!!!! I did online ordering and when i received the order last friday, no tax invoice inside. I called to customer service centre this morning (which is monday) and let them know i will fly tonight.i need to do tax refund. and they told me that they only can send me tax invoice tomorrow. what a lousy service.
