I can't walk past this shoe shop in the Oasis Shopping Centre in Broadbeach. They stock beautiful shoes and varied range of labels, which makes popping in here lots of fun. The staff are lovely and very helpful.

My wif e bought two pairs of the same style shoe, they were beautiful casual stlye but unfortuantely both pairs broke at the straps. I contacted In Her Shoes owner and she could not do enough for me. She contacted the maufacturer who arranged for the shoes to be couriered the next day to their office for inspection. Next day th eowner called me to offer full refund, very nice to deal with, great experience.

Staff were rude and didn't pay attention to customers. Told me the shoes I was buying were too big when they were a perfect fit. Took a while to get the shop attendent to help my Bf with the Marianna jewelry in their showcase. They begrudgingly took out the piece he wanted to buy...almost as if it was a burden for them to take it out of the showcase. There was no help or assistance. Their lack of service and arrogance convinced us to buy the same product elsewhere. Poor service. Not recommended.

Just rude, we walked in to look and buy a bag as we had been in the day prior.nWouldnt buy from there on principle
