Went to Williams the Shoeman at Runaway to buy work shoes. The sales assistant was extremely polite, attentive and friendly and went out of her way to help me find a suitable pair. Fast forward three weeks and I have had a terrible allergic reaction and my feet have blistered every time I wear the shoes. They were more than happy to take the shoes back and a different assistant, who was just as polite and helpful, went through many pairs of shoes to help me find another another suitable pair. Absolutely amazing service ladies. I am hugely grateful.

Amazing customer service and the lady in the store was very helpful and made me feel welcome the entire time. I'm glad to have purchased a pair of dress boots from them that day. Their stock range was great. Very happy.
