My friend and I visited the cotton on body store over the weekend at around 9:30 on 23/1/2021 and as we walked in the blonde lady at the counter was on her phone, she looked up at us and barely acknowledged that we were in the store then proceeded to scroll through her phone. We wandered around the store for a short time before she walked out the back to grab boxes and not once did she say hello or offer any assistance. As we were leaving we asked for directions to another store and she was very unhelpful, her tone of voice was hostile and she seemed very unapproachable.nNot exactly the experience we were hoping for and not the most inviting customer service you’d want for a business.

Came here Tuesday 19th Jan around 4:30 with some friends for some casual shopping after a nice day at the beach. One blonde staff member went out into the back room for a substantial amount of time, leaving myself and other customers waiting almost 10 minutes for her to unlock the change rooms. Not only this but when she finally came out from her room she then was very cold and rude towards all of the customers and didn't allow all items to be tried on because of policies that don't exist in any other store. A friend of mine works for the Cotton on Body chain and confirmed that customers should be allowed to try on any merchandise, given they follow hygiene policies. After having to leave the items she would not let me try on outside, she then accused me of stealing them. I offered for her to check my bag as I had nothing to hide, yet she scoffed and ignored me. I was left feeling embarrassed and discriminated against. I have been shopping with the cotton on group for many years however this experience has tarnished my view of the company. Please teach the blonde girl with botox who works at Paradise Centre Cotton on Body some manners and proper customer service.

was in a hurry had a young lady blonde hair I asked her name casey she was excilence service fast new what I wanted in tights what size I needed and new what colour suited my skin tone highly recommend this store and if you want great service this lady is the one to see awesome will be telling other gym friends thanks for the awesome service keep it up
