You know what?nnI didn't think I liked the store because of previous staff though cannot specify.nnI needed shoes and didn't want to travel through too much nonsense.nnWent in tonight, served by Kaitlyn who manned the store herself with excellence, consistently busy and still made time to help anyone.nnBought 2 pairs of shoes efficiently, the way I like and was so happy with he experience that figured it deserved a great review.nnSo many stores in Surfers don't exist after long. With others closed, was relieved Novo has existed for a while.nnThanks Manager,nKaitlyn did a great job.

After purchasing a pair of shoes we noticed that one of the shoes was faulty, the lady wouldn’t want to refund the money. We asked if we can exchange with the same type but she asked us to come an hour later which we told that we don’t have that much time as we needed to head back to Brisbane. After I mentioned that I will write a review on google then, somehow she was able to exchange with the same type without waiting. I believe this is very poor customer service to get a reasonable service. I had better experience at other Novo stores.

Walked into the shop on the 5/1/2018 around 3pm in the afternoon. Saw a pair of sandles that were on sale for 20 dollars on one of the table far left of the shop. I wanted to try a size 6, therefore I was looking for a shop assistant to assist me. Saw two young ladies at the counter. One was serving a customer and the other one drifted around the shop. The brunette shop assistance with the black and white baggy pants that was walking around the shop was acting like a customer and shoe shopping for herself. She came right next to me saw me waiting with a shoe in my hand and saw me staring at the other shop assistant for help. She continue to ignored me and by this point thought she was a ‘mute’, she finally looked for the shoe and told me the size was not available then proceeded to walk off. Very poor people skills/customer service and no emotion or personality at all. Would DEFINETLY not be coming back here again.
