Sophie at Comfort Shoes was an absolute treasure- such a beautiful lady - so kind and patient. Great sense of humour - she definitely knows her job so well. Great asset - my mum hates shoe shopping- has bad feet and is embarrassed to go into shops - Sophie put her at ease straight away and nothing was any trouble - Thanks so much for your excellent people skills and gorgeous personality- 3 pairs of shoes excitedly purchased!!! Fabulous service and staff are keen to get the right shoe fit, without being pushy. The sales are great value and the newsletters are a good way to keep up with events. The range of brands tends to have something for everyone, and they also have great accessories too. The shoes aren't cheap but can be greatly reduced. Highly recommended.
The best shoe shop on the Gold Coast! Great range of intelligent shoes that not only look good but feel amazing. I get all my work shoes from here and my casual sneakers too!
Being a Saturday it was busy. Consequently the assistant was serving several people at once. The coffee i was offered never arrived. Next time shopping midweek i might receive better service. But I love this shop.
Ladies were extremely patient & helpful. Love my shoes. Can't go past this place.
