Good handy store with helpful staff, great deals and some tables with reductions that are well worth looking through for genuine bargains. There are also handbags on offer. My friend's matching sandals with a stylish bag for her granddaughter's graduation didn't break the bank, looked smart, and the salesgirl made her feel special without any pressure to buy.
Two ladies at the store looked upon me as if I was doing them a favour and were very condescending towards me the entire time when I asked if I could try some shoes on. Both focused their efforts on a family that was in the store and barely gave me the time of day. Even when I asked them things they barely made an effort for me. They didn't deserve a sale so I left. Very disappointed with the way I was treated. Won't be returning there.
I wanted to exchange a pair of boots as they didn’t fit properly and because I had worn them out of the store I didn’t have the box. I only wore them home but understand the policy and that they won’t be able to sell them again. The customer service from the last with the short blonde hair was appauling. She cut me off mid sentence when I was explaining the situation to bluntly ask for the receipt and then spoke to me in a really condescending manner the whole time. Disgusting work ethic and I won’t be going back.
