DO NOT RECOMMEND. Be very careful if you hire a car and use the toll roads. Andy's auto won't send you an invoice for the charges they out source it STRAIGHT TO A DEPT COLLECTOR. They are complexity dodgy!!!
It started off well. They told me my van for hire will be avaible from nerang and then said insurance will be added automatically if i pick up from nerang. so i picked miami to pick up my van thinking il be able to use my personal insurance. Got there, bald dude said if you use ur own, u got to pay $500 bond, else its $300 and forced me to take up the insurance. Returned the vehicle today. Bald dude said there was a scratch on the bumper which all of a sudden became 'visible' to him, his picture of the bumber also doesnt show the scratch clearly and claims I am the cause for it. First time I have hired with this company, never to deal with them again. They will not tell you if they are giving you full fuel. Go with Thrifty or someone with a better reputation as it will be as horrible as mine. Worst rental company that never replies to customer feedback or complaints. First time I am being told to pay for a damage not caused by myself in my 12 years of driving in Australia.nnI am still waiting for them to get back to me on this matter.
So my husband booked a van on line ..pick up netang and night before move till arvo if move .. Called to speak to them and you have y go to mermaid to pick it up .. How DUMB .. And you can only have morning go to morning .. Won't bother thanks !!!!!
