The accident was not 100% my faults and I had only third party liability cover. (No insurance coz not my faults) I had to claim other person's insurance n asked them for rent a car. They asked me for deposit n insurance for rental company. Right2drive didn't ask me. I was having difficulty filling a form on line that I didn't know which year of other person's car and called. Staff is really nice n helped me. I was ignored by other person's insurance company for 2 weeks but, as soon as I got a car from Right2drive, they act quick. Right2drive don't charge any money for accident victim. Thank you for saving me. Thank you all staff members and Especially Mr. Nishiyama.
Super friendly staff and excellent service. They delivered the car to my place in such a short time and their responsiveness was unbelievable. They made sure that the car they gave me was the same class and body as my own car so Id feel comfortable driving it. Their staff were super friendly and communicated very well.

Absolutely amazing service and industry knowledge. Very personable and professional staff. After being rear ended at a zebra crossing Right2Drive delivered a brand new replacement vehicle for me within 1hr of being in contact with them!!! Excellent service - very surprised. Not one thing to criticize. Koh arrived on time after all the questions were answered on the phone. All I needed was my Driving License and my Car Registration Papers. Had to sign a few papers and I was on my way. Courteous and prompt. Same with the Pick-up. Clean comfortable vehicle supplied - like my own - only automatic. Thank you very much. Shall recommend Right2Drive.
