Zero stars! The worst online shopping experience I have ever had! 5 month's of complete lies. Bikes are not in stock in Australia. Thus guy is just an Ali express middle man. So your paying 3 times the price for something your expecting to receive from Australia. I payed $3000 for a bike that's not even worth $700. Carbon fiber electric bike arrived cracked! and he does not accept returns, even though his website clearly states that he does. The battery was damaged and well used. He promised a new replacement battery, but never delivered. Stay away from this one. You're better off buying from a real store, with a warranty. Or just get a Kmart bicycle, better quality.
Friend received a recommendation from a keen electric bike enthusiast and recommended this business.nnThree months later no bike no refund. Appalling, shocking not received goods paid for. After investigation BSE suggests it is a dispute. No dispute did NOT receive bike in a timely manner did not receive refund. BSE apportions blame with supplier in China. It appears this is the business modus operandi.nnDo NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS. Thief !!!
