Picked up my new ride from Just Ride today and could not be happier.nnIts great to speak to staff who know the bike models ins and outs and pros and cons for each. I had been seriously tossing up between two brands and models and had researched it to death. Talking in person to Just Ride staff made the decision easy.nnThe level of customer service was outstanding. A really serious commitment to talking through my bike choice as opposed to other options. No fuss test ride to confirm my thoughts was not a problem.nnOnce my decision was confirmed it was smooth and fast for purchase.nnA very detailed and intricate effort by staff member Rhiannon, to set the bike up correctly with suspension and position was refreshing. You can see that the staff here want the best for you and your bike.nnMechanic staff were also super fast and went the extra mile to offer to adjust up the little things even further.nnA big Thank You to Rhiannon and the rest of the crew who helped me out with my purchase today and some great advice in relation to future tyre choices.nnYou have just won two new customers for life.nnTrek Rail 9

Great cycling shop. Staff have always been friendly when I have been in. They took the time to ensure the helmet I purchased was correct for me. The have a large selection of bikes, clothing and accessories.nBe aware the shop has 2 levels of you enter via the top level. There is also a great coffee shop attached. The pricing on some items I looked at were a little inflated, but that's expected, if you want it now. They also have a saddle measuring system, to measure sit bone width. All up, a great store.

My brother and I went in today looking for a new wheel and cassette for his bike. The customer service was great. Bailey helped us while we were there and he was nothing but helpful. We weren't 100% on what we needed and he talked us through everything and we left very pleased.

If i could make it 6 stars I would give that! I just bought a bike from them and could not have asked for better service. The staff show excellent knowledge and such attention to detail in fitting my bike, whilst also being very accommodating to my schedule. I have been cycling for over 40 years and this is the best bike shop i have been serviced by.
