Purchased a new pair of work boots online. Personally I don't like online shopping as you never know if the size is going to be right etc.nnThis experience was great, boots arrived within 2 days of ordering and they send a returns postage label should you need to return any items.nnWould recommend .

I purchased a pair of Magnum Precision vegan boots online from Workwear hub which turned out to be the wrong size. I phoned Workwear hub and spoke to Rachael who happily organised a refund and assisted me with finding the right size boots.nHer friendly ‘nothing is a problem‘ manner, made the whole interaction pleasant.nRachael took the time to help me with comparing the size of my hiking boots which I had here at home which fit me, and transferred that sizing over to these Magnum boots, to ensure the right size boot was to be sent.nHer recommendation of express postage, meant my boots were received in perfect condition two days after that order was placed.nThe boots are perfect, very comfortable and I’m so glad I bought these boots from Workwear hub. Thanks again.nHighly recommended.
