If I could give this company negative 5 stars I would. Disgusting customer service. They come out to measure up for a quote on a whole new kitchen and say they will have the quote to me in 3-4 days. After patiently waiting for over a week with no contact I call them to find out what's happening only to be informed that they are too busy with bigger jobs and can't quote on my kitchen at all. Would have been nice to be told this a week ago so I could find a company that actually cares about potential customers. If they go bust I'll sure know why. Give this company a wide berth and find one who can actually be bothered.

Terrible customer service. A gentleman from the company came out to measure up for a quote and said he would send through the quote in just a few day. Almost a month later I sent him a text message for an update. He promised he would get back to me with a quote in a few days but again he never reached back.

Accomodating, professional, quick to respond and efficient. Great team to work with.

I had a kitchen completed by the team at pinnacle and am very happy with the result , the guys had some great design ideas and worked in with all the other trades , will use again on the next one.

Pinnacle Kitchens has done a great job on our new kitchen. I would highly recommend this company. I was impressed with Merv's knowledge, attention to detail and the simple fact he called back plus turned up when he said he would. The 3D render design made it some much easier for my wife and I to picture the end result without getting divorced. Was even impressed with the installation guys, they did a great job with no fuss and accommodated all our needs and questions. Thanks again to The Pinnacle Kitchen Company for our new kitchen. We will be recommending you to all our friends.
