The Sitting Room

We had a wing back chair, tub chair and otterman reupholstered by Eddie at The Sitting Room. On his first attempt, he presented us with shoddy, crude workmanship which we were unhappy about, pointed out and queried. He became defensive and hostile, saying I don't usually do it like that and used this as a poor excuse. He did, however offer to fix them. Whilst his second attempt was a marked improvement, it should have been done correctly the first time. Would we recommend The Sitting Room? No! Find someone who takes pride in their work and values their customers.

I just recently got made new covers for my dining chairs by Eddie who did a great job. They are very professional, very caring and great customer service. I will definitely go back.
