Fantastic service from Kathryn and her team. As the main bedroom king bed in our holiday house Villa Garfield had decided to collapse, it was an urgent call to Beds Galore to see if they could help. And help they did! Beds delivered within 3 days, just in time for our new guests. Kathryn recommended the Resort Luxury as ticking the boxes for a holiday rental, being really comfortable, supportive and hard wearing. So happy, and thankful to Beds Galore, who really went above and beyond to provide the best service and product. Thank you!

Ordered a custom made split king bed with drawers and firm mattress. The results were just perfect. Have had two guests in last few weeks and they both commented on how amazingly comfortable the bed was. Kathryn and Lisa are amazing. They genuinely want their customers to have the most amazing experience and go the extra mile. You girls are fantastic. Thankyou so much for treating me so special. Love great customer service.

Second time I've bought from Beds Galore and wouldn't think to go anywhere else. The ladies are not only incredibly knowledgable, they are so friendly and helpful! Went above and beyond to quickly re-arrange delivery dates for me. The bed and base themselves are superb quality - I feel like I am sleeping in a hotel bed. Could not recommend any higher!

I returned here today to purchase a mattress for my son’s first bed after having bought my daughters mattress from the same store almost 2 years ago. Her mattress has been great and is very comfy, and was so much better quality for a great price than what I found at other big mattress stores at the time. Both times I’ve been to Beds Galore the customer service has been flawless, this time I had both kids with me full of energy and the ladies were awesome and helpful. I was again impressed with the product and the price. I highly recommend Beds Galore Burleigh as a returning customer. I got exactly what I wanted at a price I was happy to pay.

We have been looking for a super king bed for some 12 months now but have lacked confidence in buying one from anyone until we met Lisa at Beds-Galore. Lisa was so attentive, so knowledgable and spent all the time needed to fully explain everything we wanted to know. She was passionate in her product and was not pushy at all, which we have found most bed salespeople are. Lisa offered to let us take samples home so we had ample time to make the right decision. So we left and had placed our order and paid a deposit. We left feeling 100% that we had finally made the right choice due to Lisa's knowledge and sincerity in her work. We will be referring Lisa to everyone we can that needs the right bed for their back or just a good night's sleep. Thank you so much Lisa!!
