Highly recommended! We bought 2 e-bikes, Sheridan and Terry are friendly and knowledgeable, great service, spent the time we needed to understand the options, offered a range of bikes to test, and prices are competitive. Also offer full maintenance and repair service so we will be in good hands down the road. Great range of accessories too! We tried several bike stores on the Gold Coast but came back to Storm and glad we did. We love the bikes, a couple of people have already asked us in person and we sent them straight to Storm. Their website is well laid out and easy to interpret, and their in-store staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped me with my purchase. The after-sales service is also great and friendly. Can't recommend them highly enough!
