Very friendly, very helpful staff. I bought some brake pads that were $10/40% cheaper than a nearby competitor. The guy who served me (likely the owner) gave me a detailed description of how to change the pads, rather than try to get more money out of me to do the (simple) job himself. Was also very helpful with general bike maintenance advice despite me being in the store with a Giant.
From the initial phone call I dealt with Matt, he was very friendly and gave me all the information I needed. The following day I came to look at the bike, I was impressed by the clean and well presented trek Currumbin store. Matt showed me the bike and allowed me to test ride it, straight away I could feel the bike was great quality. Matt finalised the payment and the beast was mine! I’ve ridden the bike twice since the purchase and I’m extremely happy with it, huge thanks to Matt and the guys at trek for their professional service. I would highly recommend trek Currumbin and trek products!
Took my Trek MTB in today to have a bolt replaced. The customer service from both Nina and Adrian was exceptional. The shop has a nice chilled out vibe and there is plenty of parking which was a bonus.
Juan went above and beyond in helping my wife organise my secret birthday present! He helped with the arrangements for the bike being transferred from Melbourne and provided fantastic service throughout the whole process.
