I am so conflicted in this review. Mainly, our disabled son absolutely loves it, so in that regard, it gets five stars. But...nnThe assembly instructions are confusing and when viewed with the YouTube video contradictory.nnWe outsourced the building of the bike to a friend with two engineering degrees and a career of building things. It took him about 15 hours all up, with trips to Bunnings and bike shops to get missing parts.nnEven so the chain has come off twice, and we’re now on a first name basis with our local bike shop. We rang Trike Bike in relation to the latest issue that needed replacement parts and got an unhelpful reply.nnThe trike is so tremendous for our son, but beware how challenging the build is and the possibility of ongoing issues.nnI’m disappointed because it was expensive, but we feel like we might have been sold a lemon.

After seeing another Trike Bike (one very happy owner) while out having a meal recently, I decided this is what I needed! It was very easy to find the supplier and in a matter of minutes I had purchased one. That was Sunday and it was delivered to my regional Queensland address (Burrum Heads) by Tuesday! Fantastic service!!! Very happy customer!!

Purchased my bike from Trike Bike and it got delivered to Perth in a weeks time. Luck for me, my brother was able to assemble it (after he spent the whole week reading the manual and watching the youtube video ud83dude00). Its working great and l love riding it.

I bought a lovely hot pink trike and put it together with the use of the Trike-Bike company's excellent videos and instructions, but still had some difficulty with setting the gears. A zoom meeting with Michael the trike mechanic solved the issue simply and quickly. So the trike itself is awesome, the service is first-class and I am a very happy Trike-Bike customer.

Awesome Product and Service from the team. My Boy is Autistic and since age 2 I have tried to get him to ride, balance bikes, training wheels, adult Mountain bike with very expensive training wheels from Canada. Nothing worked. Now at age 14 we discovered a trike bike! he has customised it to his liking with flat black paint and an old school wooden crate on the back. Best thing is he is doing regular rides with us 20+kms and the bonus is his trike carries lunch water, coffee and a picnic rug.nHIGHLY RECOMMENDED
