I called in to the Burleigh Waters store with a wheelchair with faulty brakes. Served immediately by a gentleman who referred me to the workshop where I was attended to as soon as I arrived. Attended to by another gentleman who repaired the problem in no time at all. I cannot fault the service or repair that was done. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to go to buy or have repairs done. Thank you for your service. David Willis. Burleigh Waters.

I have an old bike I got from the tip and it needed some love. The guys are helpful, informative, kind and friendly. I have been going there for about a year now on and off and won't go anywhere else!

Staff were very average. Store was clean and nice and has some nice high end bikes. Unfortunately, watching a younger worker help a lady put a bike in the car was not careful or respectful of the bike or the car. Would recommend other bike shops in the area who have friendlier staff and are more careful with your bike and car.
