From the first phone call I made I received the most professional and excellent customer service. I spoke to Jessica about getting some carpet laid rather urgently - she was very obliging and managed to get Tim (Salesperson) to come out to measure and quote straight away - literally within a few days the carpet was laid Thank you very much Jessica - Tim and the carpet layer. Andersens Hervey Bay are exceptional with customer service - we highly recommend them.

What a great team Burnie from Andersens carpet is, ( 5 star) I have an investment property in Hervey bay and when the tenants left I need to put new carpets in urgently so I can rent house out again, being out of town with work was stressful but Burnie and the agent took care of everything including before and after photos and quick installation, would highly recommend to all Thanks Burnie very much
