We ordered a frame and mattress online after visiting the Hervey Bay store. The matress arrived quickly as it was delivered directly from OMF. The frame went missing (fault of the courier not OMF). The ladies at Hervey Bay, in particular Jo, were absolutely amazing. They bent over backwards to resolve this for us. Great mattress and friendly staff.

Hubby and I visited the store today and were super impressed with the service we were given by the ladies in store, as well as the awesome range of beds available. we decided on a super king Lindeman bed at the best ever price, with a few included extras thrown in! We will be back again to this store for any future bed or bed accessory purchases, and will be recommending this store to our friends!
