I rang to ask if they had the tyre tube I wanted. I provided all size details to the gent on the phone. He said, sure we have them.nI drove to the store and went inside. Turns out, they didn't have size I requested. Frustrated, I left. A total waste of my time for nothing. The only other store closed before I got there. Grrr. Keith
The shop was busy when I got there but once I got to speak with Andy, I found him very knowledgeable & helpful. As with the other bike shops in Hervey Bay, they have limited stock unfortunately so I wasn't able to find what I was looking for.
Adam was amazing, bought a bike and baby seat and mount for the back of my van, he knew exactly the products to suit. The baby seat wouldn't fit with the standard set up so Adam put in a solid 40 minutes making it work for me. Appriciated it greatly. Will definitely pop back in when I'm in Harvey Bay again.
Great service and awesome place for all your cycling needs. Staff are very knowledgeable and go the extra mile to help
