Awful customer service. Went to their store in cairns central to get a knife and the knife they suggested ended up becoming rusty after only 2 weeks and they refused to refund me. Their solution was to buy a product to take the rust out. Hilarious.

Wonderful service and A grade quality

Large range of kitchen products. If you are looking for something in particular, I have found staff to be helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are on the higher side and the shop is quite small and crowded, so difficult to navigate with a trolley.

Just fantastic. Lovely cheerful lady served us and she had both items we wanted. Not bad for Cairns.

It deserves 4 stars especially for the kindness of the employee who has been very helpful and patient with my needs. They have a good range of products for kitchen and professional chefs, unfortunately prices are usually a bit too high compared to internet or other professional shops.
