Having recently visited Cairns , and in need of a new pair of shoes ,I was and am still impressed with the quality and level of service that I received from the staff at this store . Julie , the manager provided me with an impeccable and professional experience which made buying a pair of shoes an absolute pleasure .nMy family was involved in the shoe industry for over 50 years , and to be honest , Julie made my family look like a bunch of novices . I had exceptional service at this store today, Julie the lady that helped me was so friendly and helpful with what I was chasing. The service really stood out from previous shoe shops I've been in, I will definitely be returning to this store and letting my friends and family know where to go.
