I don’t usually complain but this store has awful customer service. No offer of help whilst we were browsing. I approached one of the staff members asking to try on a pair of shoes and was told to just try them on and wasn’t given any socks. After purchasing they shoved the shoes into the box and crushed them. Both staff members seemed very uninterested in helping other customers in the store.
3 staff members. One staff member serving customers and I was the other customer. Walked around entire show section looking for my size, whilst the other 2 staff members, who could see me, were having a great catch up and laugh of which I could hear very well. Wanted to ask a question, but didn't want to interrupt. As I was walking out, female staff member asked if I needed help, wot which I replied it was too late and then they both had a little chuckle as I left the store.
