Went in on Saturday a week ago, was told by NEATO to go in, find what I want, get a quote and they will authorise it.nI go in, stand around for half an hour because there's no staff.nThen finally get told something different, no you can't pick and choose, they have a set list of items. Ok so I leave my name, number and what I need with the staff.nNobody ever gets back to me.nnDecided to go elsewhere and pay out of pocket as they don't deserve profits. I'll claim on Tax.

I have already had an unpleasant experience in the past with the post sales service but today after receiving this text I tried to go again. In the text they write that there is up to 20% discount on CAT clothing, once I get there they tell me that only the things in the flyer are discounted. I drove there to find that what I wanted had no discount. The text they sent me is deceptive.
