Overall great staff and great customer service, I had a young girl serve me, she was the sweetest when helping me with finding a shoe i liked. Would 100% recommend this store! Amazing shoe selection to choose from.
I always enjoy coming in and looking at the vast collection of shoes footlocker have. The customer service is always professional and very helpful. Wouldn’t go anywhere else :)nIf you have any questions about shoes ask the manager (Jools) for the best advice.
Really disgusted by the customer service. My girlfriend bought me a pair of shoes as a present. I tried them on the same day but they were too small. I came back to the store the next day to have a refund but they refused to give my money back while the shoes were as new. The staff was really rude and don't deserve to work in customer service.
