Haven't been into a shoe store in many years, i thought this place was known to be overpriced, well i was wrong.nWhilst out looking for decent work boots i wandered into this shop and was helped by very friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff.nI picked up an extremely comfortable pair of high quality boots for less than similar ones with less features go for in work wear stores.nVery awesome.

The products as all athlete's foot stores are good. I went in to look for a product they didn't have it in the colour I wanted which was fine I bought it anyway. The customer service however from the 2 female staff members in the store was non existent.nnI've been to a lot of athlete's foot stores in Brisbane where the customer service is always great. However, in this store it seemed that the 2 female staff members would rather be else where. Personally, working in retail for over 10 years before becoming a teacher, I can understand the banalities of customer service. However, a job is a job. Do it well or find something else you enjoy.nnThankfully my regular store is in Brisbane.

Excellent service. Thorough, most helpful & friendly staff. Found what i was looking for with ease. Definitely my go to store when next looking for anything in active footwear.

Went in today to get 2 sets of shoes for our Daughters school and had the best customer service by James. Can’t recommend him highly enough. Really made the process a whole lot easy. Will definitely be coming back again.
