From the minute I picked up the car to when I dropped it off 7 days later, it was effortless. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The whole process was quick and we had a modern and reliable car. A great experience.
Rented a car from Cairns airport. Good clean car economical. Service good, easy. Would rent from Thrifty again. Note lady did try to charge me more but I told her the amount quoted & she changed the amount.

Excellent service at Cairns airport. Less than 2mibs to pick up car even though we arrived a bit early. Car was ready and no hassles. Drop off was the same, less than 2mins. Correspondence before and after was excellent.
