Hired a truck to move some house items.nBooked via phone ,the office staff were extremely helpful and friendly.nPicked up truck and the process there was smooth as well.nTruck was great ,rates were fine ,staff explained everything and the move went perfectly ,thanks to a great truck.nEven was supplied moving blankets which i did not consider and they saved the day.nCould not recommend 1300Truck Hire highly enough.nThis is the real Cairns style of service.nThanks again guys ,i only write a review if i was super impressed.
Great people excellent service
Hired a truck from these guys to move house a few months ago. The truck was clean and in good condition. Spent the extra to go with the hydraulic tail lift. Glad I did! I had no problems with the truck and the move was fast and easy thanks to the truck.
The total lack of response to repeated requests, a phone number that is only manned by an automated voice and the complete lack of care makes this place somewhere to avoid like the plague
