Excellent service, the hired van was a bit dated and the Waeco fridge did not work, rear door lock switch a bit dicky as was the right hand passenger sliding door lock. But overall good value for money. Would use again in the future.

Very expensive, received price of $178 from bookings.com. Arrived at airport booking could not be found. Had to hire a car that was scratched up and low quality car that wasn’t full when I got it and it cost $500 for 5 days. That’s the highest price we have ever paid for a 5 day car hire with insurance. Queried the booking that was conveniently lost and told to go to bookings.com but it was confirmed prior to attendance. Never using this company again. Expensive, bad service and staff behind counter couldn’t be bothered checking over the car, more interested in swiping the card for the money.

Simon was an absolute legend and the other dude that took care of us! Hired a campervan for 3 nights. Would def use Jucy again. Great service, value for money. Highly recommend

If I can give NO stars, that’s what you’re getting from us!!! We have an 18 month old baby and you left us stranded TWICE! I can forgive the first time because the mistake in booking was ours (booked the car in advance before booking our flights so it was an oversight). You were very quick to point out that it was our fault and that you didn’t have our number so couldn’t contact us. How very professional of you not to have your customer’s mobile number but ok, our fault! The SECOND time though, you confirmed our car drop off time which is before your office opens, but you assured us if we were there before 8:30, someone will be there and drop us off to the airport. So today, we were outside your door before 8:30, one of your staff SAW us outside and told us he was just going to open the back, and then nothing!!! I could hear music inside and no one took our keys, dropped us off to the airport, or even checked on us! Absolute rubbish service!!!!! We finally had to leave, walk to the city with our baby and all our stuff, and get an Uber because I’m sure if we miss our flight, you won’t give a hoot! So if anyone from Jucy reads this, NO THANK YOU but we won’t be hiring a car from you ever again and will make sure to let everyone I know how ridiculous your service is. Potential customers especially families, DON’T go anywhere near those company! Find somewhere else to rent your car.
